Had problem where YouTube TV App made screen go black when selecting a thumbnail (instead of playing the clip)
After following app trouble shooting guide and about an hour of voice help with 2 technicians, found that Comcast-YouTube connection was broken.
If system would include app linkages in TV operability report the MyAccount trouble shooting procedure let me know there is a known problem to be fixed if I just wait (as opposed to following trouble help, try refresh, speak with techs...using close to 1 1/2 hours on an already known problem)
