I chatted with a representative online about the tv guide channel not coming up in any room in the house that has a digital adapter. I was told since Spectrum took over they've discontinued that channel because soon they will be going all digital and the digital boxes are going away. Soon you will have to have a converter box or an HD antenna to view the channels. So they just shut off the tvguide before the change and didnt tell anyone. It was really rude of them to do that. A lot of elderly people do not use the internet or have a smart phone but why would TWC/SPECTRUM care about them? We pay a lot of money for phone, internet and TV. The least you could of done was wait until the changes are made before turning off the TV guide channel. Please put it back on for my elderly mother!
