TV picture and sound skipping, freezing and tiling. - XFinity

12/9 I have contacted Comcast/Xfinity a few times in the past 2 months about my TV picture in Utah and sound skipping, freezing and tiling.

I have spoken on the phone and by internet with Comcast/Xfinity agents in other countries, served a a Comcast/Xfinity technician plugging and unplugging the power outlet to our Comcast/Xfinity box on a couple of occasions, returned the box to the Comcast/Xfinity office to be exchanged, had a service tech to the house to check wiring inside and out on 12/4/16.

Still the poor connection continues... especially on channel 5. I pay around $100 monthly for poor reception and service from Comcast/Xfinity. I am very unhappy with my Comcast/Xfinity TV service.

Is Comcast/Xfinity TV service simply incapable of providing a good connection?
