U verse disabled - DirecTV

Why do I have to wait 3 days of inconvenience to get my TV enabled after YOU ALL disabled last night at 8:30pm. Been on phone all day since 9 am until 6 pm only to receive a "chicken" text because you can't call the customer?! This is poor service due to your errors! Unbelievable how I have got the run around and been treated!
