For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, u verse outage no workers working I have been without u verse service for over a week now and just keep being told they are working to resolve it. I have seen the technicians sitting in their vehicles at the box near my neighborhood and approached one to ask how we are looking. The guy was on his smart phone with Facebook pulled up. I haven't seen any actual work being performed. I want to contact their boss to let them know that this guy is not doing anything at all but can not find a number for the local field service office. I am furious and ready to switch providers since xfinity has service with no issues.
