U verse services disconnected - DirecTV

I came home yesterday about 6 pm and found my services were disconnected. The blue screen on my tv said to make a payment. I paid the entire amount that was past due at about 615. Got a confirmation that payment was received and that services would be restored shortly. It is now nearly twelve hours later and the service is still down. Please help. Where or who can I contact at ATT asap for a resolution.
