Unable to access Xfinity/Comcast email through Xfinity website - XFinity

This has been going on for over a week now. I can log into my Xfinity account but when I click the Envelop icon to access my email, it gets stuck in some sort of loop on the website: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ You can see the page name change from "Xfinity Connect Sign in" to "https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/" (The Reload arrow and X are swtiching back and forth next to the address). I have chatted with an agent and have an open ticket but this is rediculous. I have tried three different computers, three different web browsers (IE, Chrome, & Forefox) and what's really got me is my husband can sign in on his computer no problem but when I enter my credentials, this issue happens. Can Anyone figure this out?


I am having the exact same problem. Have an open ticket with Comcast. Hoping for a resolution within 24-72 hours. Completely, totally annoying!


Frustrating...but it's fine now.

This has only happened to me and my mother-in-law's account starting this morning. I contacted Customer Service and they opened a Ticket, and told me to expect a call from a Tech "soon". When I didn't hear back, I called and then they said "before 5pm." I still never heard back, but miraculously enough, right after 5pm we were able to access our email....and it was an updated/new interface. So I guess that's what this was all about? An update that blocked us out for a day. I can't imagine if it had been like this for a whole week. So...try contacting customer service. Good luck.
