Urgent Message - DirecTV

We paid our bill. Urgent message remains several hours later. We called and were told there are no restrictions on our account then they connected us with tech support. After 59 minutes of getting no where with them, my husband kindly asked for the guys name and he REFUSED to give it. Our TV is not working and our bill is paid. We will be contacting the better business bureau - we have been treated horribly.
