Uverse app load problem - DirecTV

i'm having troubling watching tv using the Uverse app. Everytime I try to watch a movie or tv show it gives the error " unfortunately, AT&T U-Verse has stopped." I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app over a dozen times and still have the same issues. This has been going on for two months and I have contacted someone and they asked me to log in on uverse.com and I have success but not my app. Can someone help me with this issue????
