Uverse cutting out twice a day - DirecTV

Hi there: My Uverse has been cutting out twice a day for about a month now. Can you review the logs for my account if I give you the identifiying information? I had worked with Sadath before about a year or two ago on a very simular issue and was told I didn't need to cut and paste the logs from the Gateways diagnostics page because you could see them from your end.
