Uverse drops when TP-Link Access Pt added to network - DirecTV

I am having a problem with my Uverse tv signal (on all tv's) dropping out when I have a TP_Link Access Point connected.

See my current network layout in the picture below. So I add the TL-WA901ND Access Point to the network, and after we start connecting mobile devices to that access pt, eventually Uverse TV signal will begin to drop out. I end up getting the "no service" message on the tv and after a couple seconds it comes back (happens on all tvs). Happens a couple times per hour. When I unplug this AP, no problems with Uverse. The AP is set up in AP mode, static IP, no DHCP, same SSID/Passcode, different fixed channels.

Any ideas are appreciated!
