My VIP 211k was unplugged for several weeks. When I reconnected it, I had to contact Dish to have the service reconnected. It now works, but is stuck on "Game Channel 96". I've unplugged it several times and I reset factory specs but no luck.
Any ideas what to try next? I've spent over an hour on the phone with three different Dish tech reps but other than telling me this is a known problem, they were no help.
