Today the U-verse signal was being incredibly glitchy. It was so bad, had to contact AT&T by twitter and phone. Technician came in, checked the stuff inside and outside. Replaced both the modem and U-verse reciever. When it was up and running, there was a little glitch. Not long after he left there was some more glitches. Informed him and told him we would let him know more the following day. Is a U-verse device supposed to be incredibly glitchy over the years or is AT&T supposed to check up on their customers devices? The mans name is Brett Keaton!
