We have two X1 boxes and still cannot get NewsMax channel 1115

Several weeks ago, I managed to get through to talk to a Comcast service rep about the fact that we couldn't get Newsmax. She confirmed that it is included in our channel lineup, but she wasn't able to get our TV to connect to it. She sent a technician to our house. He installed two new X1 boxes and worked with the service center, but wasn't able to fix the problem. The Guide showes nothing between Channels 1114 and 1121, and entering 1115 just takes you to channel 1121. The tech said it was a "national problem" (though we have several friends nearby who can get it) and that the company would work on it and let us know something. We have heard nothing more and still cannot get the NewsMax channel on either of our HD TVs. None of the automated "help" links on the website let me ask about this or provide a contact phone number. What do we do??? The ticket number the tech gave us is CR945619405.
