I got the antenna below off a neighbors roof. Does anyone know what it is?

It most resembles a u75r with 2 more director and 2 more reflector elements, and I haven't seen anything like it on the net.

Didn't they make a U90r....maybe ?
That's what I was thinking. Looking around the net, I discovered references a U90 (pre-2002?), but I have yet to find a photo or description in the old catalogs (thanks, Tim58hsv). I've found the U-100, etc - all with the incorrect # of elements.

So I figure it lies somewhere between a U-75 and a U-100. But since I scanned the radio shack catalogs from the 70's thru the early 2000's, I have to assume it's NOT a Radio Shack.

Pogi,

Yes, now that I've had time to think about it a little...
I remember the AntennaCraft/RShack series being a
UxxR (UHF) or VUxxXR (all channel), and the "xx"
part was 75, 90, 120 or 190.

Okay, I finally got up on the roof and put this antenna up in place of the U75r I've been using.

Signal was about 15% lower across all channels, and channel 8 RF dropped almost 40% (nearly unusable).

I put the U75r back up. I'll be putting up a Super Quad before fall, and see how that works.
