It's been a long time since I recommended one, but a Channel Master CM-2016 may be the perfect thing to pull in the ION station from the back side. Pointed toward 330 degrees magnetic. A CM-3010 may also be a good choice.
I'll second the 2016. I use one for a pair of LP stations to my west - one channel 8, and one 15. Works great. It should do channel 8 almost as well off the backside as the front side.
I don't know if you'll get CW 19 with it, though.
Another option would be a reflectorless 4-bay, and add a ch 8 dipole to the center of the 4-bay (where the feed line attaches). Each side of the dipole will be 16" - 17". You can try this with two pieces of wire and alligator clips. That may just get Ion and CW.
If it works well, I would make it permanent by using welding rod instead of wire.
