I typically use one time payment for my DTV bill. Last month and again this month, after I get done entering my CC information and press done nothing happens. Rather frustrating for a technology company to have a bad user interface. It used to have a confirmation screen pop up but now nothing happens. Had to call in and make the payment last month. I also reported to the CSR that the screen interface was broken. Apparently collecting money is not a priority, but then again my bill went up about another $9 last month.
