I have had countless hours of unanswered questions, wrong information and incompetence regarding my U-verse bill. Especially when I call and the call originates "off shore" and I get transcripted replies. 17 calls in 3 mos. I can't keep going over and over the story and spend the hours I have taken. I tell everyone I can how horrible dealing with ATT IS. Now is there a place I can go to that I can discuss with 1 person and hold them accountable. ???
