Who can I contact to discuss a Dispute Order - DirecTV

I enrolled in AT&T U-verse bundled back in July and ever since I have been battling all kinds of discrepancies in my account. I didn't get the promised bundled price of $124.99 + tax and I had to call Customer Service, Billing department, and Retention department several times for hours to fix my account. I had a Dispute Order to fix my account and they came back and told me that no credit will be given to me and had to pay a past due amount.
I would like to know how they came up with the amount and why my dispute overturned.
