Who to complain to about service reps? - DirecTV

Signed up on 10/27 - to be installed 10/30. Service reps called to show up early - did so. I asked them
to install dish on roof or soffit of roof - refused, saying they didn't have a ladder. Now must wait until 11/3 for install because they had to call gas and electric companies to mark on front lawn where utilities were located. They were not very nice or accomodating - had a pissy attitude.
