Whole home error - DirecTV

I have whole home DVR. While on vacation for 3 weeks, I had the power saver set to shut of after 4 hours on both the Genie and the DVR upstairs. Upon my return, I am not able to view shows recorded on the Genie on the upstairs TV. It does list the shows. When I ran a test, I received the following code: 72-79-931. I did a reset and upon doing another system test, that error message is gone, but when I try to look at a show upstairs that was recorded downstairs i receive the following: No audio/video packets received from server.
