why do u have to pay for services, equipment n labor - DirecTV DVR

For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, why do u have to pay for services, equipment n labor Everyday of the week I have channels that does not come n until after 12 or 3 n the evening, especially the local channels, n even more channels that does not come n in the kitchen until after 3 to 5. The problems occurs daily n it does not have to be raining or the wind blowing, just cloudy or gloomy. I am still having the problems n I am being charged for services that I am not receiving. I receive a lot of 771 n pictures breaking up or channels going completely out. Lena Howard / 662 759 3633. My service has been terrible lately.
