Why is a "community" needed to give feedback? - DirecTV

#1
Why do I need to sign up as a member of a "community" to contact Uverse about what I consider a poor overall product? Does the fact that I am paying for this count for nothing? Does AT&T just prefer not to hear from their customers about the shortcomings of the AT&T products?

Why is there not a "Contact Us" link which actually allows me to contact AT&T and Uverse to tell them their products need improvement?

This question, "Why is a "community" needed to give feedback?," is about DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports.
