Why is it that the largest communication company cant get it right? - DirecTV

I have been working for over a month calling and getting the run around about my accounts.
1st you over charged me on my service, then you applied the payment to the wrong account. Then you cut off the service twice. Told me it was fixed and it was a failure in you computers. I have spent over 10 hours this month on the phone with ATT and everyone says "sorry", fixes it and then it all falls apart.
I have had an ATT account for over 50 years! Now I carry six lines wireless, TV and internet and I am trying to understand why I continue to even do bussiness with you. There are many ways to get service and not deal with this.
No one can fix this. How much of my time do I have to comit to doing ATT's job?
