Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! - DirecTV

I have spent 2 hours and 8 disconnected calls -just for today's issue- to reach customer service to have my bill adjusted!! The first rep I wasted a half hour with could barely talk and kept mumbling and avoiding my request after I kept explaining the issue, and kept putting me on hold, then eventually told me there was nothing she could do to help me and to have a happy new year. Seriously??? This entire switch has been a nightmare and I would not recommend DirecTV to anyone. I have wasted more time dealing with this giant headache company than I have actually using the stupid services! Switching from Time Warner was supposed to SAVE me money, but somehow my bill has doubled and I've wasted half my life dealing with problem after problem. My blood is boiling right now.
