Wrong Netflix Account



I got a new plan that new includes Netflix. When I went to link it through xfinity for the billing it had the wrong e-mail account pre-populated that I couldn't change. Xfinity support on the phone told me to go through and accept the process and then sign out and sign in with my account and it should be all set (however they did not sound confident). I am still getting billed directly by Netflix and both Netflix and Xfinity support keep says call the other.

How do I fix this? Is there a higher level of Xfinity support?
