XFi saying I need to upgrade for service - XFinity

I have been using xfinity xFi app for over a year now and it has worked great, but recently I have moved and now when I try to log in it tells me I need to upgrade my services. I've clicked on that and then it tells me I have the most upgraded services so I'm not completely sure what to do here. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!
