Xfinity Stream App on Samsung 7100 TV - XFinity

For 2 months the app worked fine. About a week ago would get error "We had a problem reaching the configuration server. Please check your network connection & retry."



I had them reset me TV in the system so I re-registered it added Xfi Pod in order to connect TV through the LAN to remove any chance of WIFI issues. After re-registering it worked for 3 days about until I tried to watch Thursday night football. Again back to the same errror.



Why is Comcast so inept at fixing this issue. I see that it has been a problem for more than a year. It works fine on my tablet & phone so why is this a problem. Also, Samsung TV app also does not connect which may or not be related to your app. As it also worked for 2 months until the Xfinity app stopped working. It is not a TV issue it is an Xfinity/comcast issue. Need help to fix this!
