XG2 box audio is out of sync

Started a couple months ago. Rebooting box fixes it for about a day. Then the audio starts to go out of sync again.

Noticed it first on the YouTube app on x1.

Now its on live tv also

Any idea how to fix?

Had this box for years now and it never did it
