Yet another fraudulent deal with ATT- Billing Issues - DirecTV

This question is about "Yet another fraudulent deal with ATT- Billing Issues", with DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports. In February or March of this year, I negotiated a bundle for $154/mo. which was guaranteed for 12 months. Each month, my bill escalates slightly & each month I'm assured that the matter is being resolved. This morning, I was informed that I am $270 in arrears. What does it take to resolve such a simple matter?
